Air-Fried Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:
2–4 russet potatoes (or Maris Piper / King Edward in the UK)

1–2 tsp olive oil

Salt (coarse or sea salt is best)

Optional: garlic powder, black pepper, paprika

🔥 Instructions:
Prep the Potatoes:

Wash and scrub thoroughly. Pat completely dry.

Prick each potato a few times with a fork (lets steam escape).

Rub with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt (and optional seasonings).

Air Fry:

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) (if your model needs it).

Place potatoes in the basket with space around them.

Cook for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Test doneness by piercing with a skewer or knife — it should slide in easily.

Serve:

Slice open, fluff the inside with a fork, and add your favorite toppings.
