Preparation :
If using frozen shrimp, thaw them and cook them for a few minutes in salted water until they turn pink.
In a bowl, mix the arugula, diced avocado, and shrimp.
In another bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Serve chilled.*
