Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out some of the flesh to make room for the egg.
Place the avocado in an ovenproof dish and crack an egg into each half.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, herbs de Provence and cheese (optional).
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the temperature reaches a minimum and the cheese is slightly runny.
3. Keto cauliflower pizza.

1 small cauliflower
100g of mozzarella (grated)
1 egg
50g of fresh cheese
Spices (salt, pepper, oregano)
Favorite pizza toppings (e.g., ham, mushrooms, peppers, olives)
