Ingredients :
1 pork tenderloin (approximately 600 to 700 g)
250g of fresh button mushrooms (sliced)
2 carrots (sliced into rounds)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon of flour
20 cl of chicken stock
10 cl of white wine (optional but recommended)
20 cl of thick (or liquid) fresh cream
1 tablespoon of mustard (optional)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 knob of butter
Salt, pepper
Fresh parsley (for the finishing touch)
