Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding

  1. Make the Cheesecake Filling

    • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

    • Mix in sweetened condensed milk until creamy.

  2. Prepare the Pudding

    • In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk and vanilla. Let sit for 2 minutes to thicken.

  3. Combine Mixtures

    • Fold pudding into the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

  4. Assemble the Layers

    • In a trifle dish or 9×13-inch pan, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom.

    • Add a layer of bananas and strawberries.

    • Spread a layer of cheesecake pudding mixture on top.

    • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream mixture on top.

  5. Chill & Serve

    • Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving for best flavor.

    • Garnish with crushed wafers, extra fruit, or whipped cream.
