3. Flushes Toxins from the Liver
Cinnamon and lemon are gentle liver cleansers. Lemon juice promotes bile flow, while cinnamon supports detoxification enzymes in the liver.
The antioxidants in clove (especially eugenol) protect liver cells from oxidative damage, helping the body eliminate waste products more efficiently.
This results in clearer skin, higher energy, and better digestion over time.
4. Strengthens the Immune System
This tea is nature’s defense elixir. Clove is antibacterial and antiviral; cinnamon enhances immune response; lemon’s vitamin C strengthens white blood cells.
Together, they protect the body against colds, infections, and inflammation, while keeping your immune system active but balanced.
5. Reduces Bloating and Inflammation
Clove and cinnamon are both natural anti-inflammatories. They help reduce swelling and pain, especially in the digestive tract.
Lemon adds hydration and gently flushes out excess water retention.
Drinking this tea regularly can reduce bloating, soothe stomach discomfort, and help you feel lighter throughout the day.
